Meet the Team

Jake Blauvelt is arguably one of the very best all around & most talented snowboarders in the world. His smooth, creative, and effortless style is unlike any other & has lifted him into an elite group of top athletes in the snowboarding world. Jake & his wife are founders of a non-profit organization called the Mountain Light Project, which provides funding for kids to participate in mountain based education programs.

The GOAT. Welch can handle anything the snowboard world throws at him, street spots, backcountry jumps, and splitboard missions that would make most of us vomit. He’s the GOAT for a reason, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

The karaoke queen. If you don’t follow Hana on Instagram, you’re missing it. Hana is on a constant road trip through the season, she has a relentless passion for snowboarding and is on a year round migration in search of the unknown. Hana has an easy, straight-forward approach to life that seems to suck people up into her wake and take them on the adventure of a lifetime.

A smooth criminal. Effortless style that is easy on the eyes, combined with a workhorse mentality...well shit, you got Danimals. Minnesota's finest can be found hot lapping Highland Hills, filming hammers in the street, or ripping his moto off in the woods. This guy is the real deal.

Even if he is complaining about something, it's in a positive fashion. Derrek turns any situation into a laughing matter. However, somehow in the moments that count while filming in the streets this guy turns it on. If you're looking for proof, start with his last few parts in the Videograss flicks.

Creativity + Raw Talent x Abnormal Amounts of Energy make up Spencer Schubert. When everyone is taking their boots off at the end of the day, Spencer changes his socks then hits the streets to film on some patch of snow he saw on the way home. Big things poppin for Spencer and make sure to look for his new video part Videograss and LTC movies.

Jed. Anderson. What else do we need to say? Hailing from Calgary, Canada, his career seemed to always be a few steps ahead of the rest. From spots, to tricks, style, music, and art, he does things his own way and that way is always different from the rest.

Cole Navin grew up in the greater Boston area relying on Nor' Easters to fill in the streets where he began to film with friends. After putting out numerous video parts it became evident that Cole was onto something. After working on multiple video projects this last winter you can expect to see Cole taking the Snowboard community by storm with never been done tricks and other unthinkable lines - all with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Three words (or one hashtag) will let you know what Beau Bishop is up to in the winter months. #POINTOFBEAU is the series he’s created showcasing incredible pillow lines, stepdown jumps, and insane snowmobiling in his backyard of Whistler BC. Updates come in quick from this young backcountry veteran, so make sure to keep on his 'gram.

Cool, calm and collected in a public setting, but once he's mounted up on a WARPIG, Brandon Davis is a force to be reckoned with. When he's not traveling the world for various Slopestyle contests, you can catch Brandon lapping Bear stacking clips.

It takes a lot of snowboarders 10+ years to really get an understanding of what’s possible on their snowboard. That’s not the case with Jill. In just a few years of riding, Jill is at a level that keeps her in the limelight. Whether she's in the streets, riding Brighton, or lapping High Cascade, it's always a good idea to focus your attention on the technical skill Jill is bringing to the game.

New Jersey's finest… Reid Smith grew up on the east coast and now resides in Utah, where he destroys any feature that pops up. It's rare these days to find such a well rounded rider at such a young age, but Reid can mess with any terrain he ends up at. His footage from a recent summer at High Cascade Snowboard Camp is a quick tease of what’s to come.

Riding LAAX everyday must be nice… That’s where Severin can be found if he's not in Japan, Alaska, British Columbia, or any other place that has been dumped on by snow. Big jumps, big tricks, and a big smile is what he's known for – put those together and you get a big video part which will be coming out in the Absinthe movie this year. Don't miss it.

The average Japanese snowboarder is more than content with heading to the mountain and submerging themselves in neck-deep powder day after day throughout the winter. Ryoki isn't your average Japanese boarder. Homie lives for finding big, consequential street spots and filming tricks on them. That's it. A good snow year just means more cities, more filming, more shots. He won't take a break and he won't let the a security guard stop him either. Ryoki is on a mission and stay outta his way.

From Michigan to Vermont, Savannah has proven to be one of the most stylish street riders in the new class of boarders born post Y2K. Savannah and her BOOKCLUB CREW are obsessed with discovering and conquering nbd spots all over the East Coast. Even though she is constantly having a “kit crisis” and eats pizza like a toddler, Savannah has a true gift at becoming best friends with everyone around her and making every trip more fun.

From Vermont to Tahoe and everywhere between, Keegan is ready to take on any type of snowboarding you put in front of him. After making a splash at Superpark 22, Keegan has been on a warpath thriving in both the streets and backcountry. With great spot selection and an incredible ability to generate speed and pop, we foresee a long and fruitful career for this up and comer.

Hailing from the PNW, Krugs has been on our radar since he was just a kid. He is a beast in the streets, low-key boss on jumps, and takes the best slams in the game. Jacob has been in the circle for years both through being homies with the whole team as well as a half-brother to retired team rider Austin Hironaka, so it only makes sense to have him on board.

Back again for round two we are pleased to have Russell as a part of the Ride Family. Russell was part of the original Ride Team in 1992 and after a quick break from the snowboard world he is back and as stylish as ever. You can find Russell all over the world, but most likely in the Pacific Northwest riding At Crystal Mountain, Snoqualmie Pass, or Mt. Baker. Russell is a true legend and has plenty of wisdom to pass along to the younger generation.

Dillon Ojo 1995 – 2018

We watched him snowboard to feel amazed. We listened to his music to feel good. We ate pizza with him to feel full.
