RIDE Athlete Jake Blauvelt has built a life of snowboarding. But life as a pro snowboarder includes some injuries along the way. Over the years Jake has been splitting his time between the East and West coast, always seeking out the best conditions wherever he’s at.

Liminal is about the in-betweens. Between the East and West coast, between raising a family and being a pro snowboarder, between healthy times and recovery times. Through the Liminal film Jake reflects on his career as a pro snowboarder, while introducing fellow RIDE athlete (and his nephew), Mason Lemery.
