If you did not receive a pack slip, your invoice is available when logged into your Shopatron Account
To exchange Ride product, please follow our return instructions above and then place a second order.
Return Shipping Charges
You are required to cover return shipping charges unless items arrived in damaged or defective condition.
Damaged Items or Mis-Shipments
Please contact the order fulfiller to setup a replacement shipment. In these cases, the order fulfiller will cover the cost of the return shipment.
