I’ve seen some star power on the team, but until I traveled with Aki in Japan I had no idea what being a celebrity was really like. We witnessed ooo’s ahhh’s and bow’s at every seben ereben we entered. But lets give Japan some credit for having the most enthusiastic fans on earth. So lets look at the other side of Aki here. Maybe one of the most modest people I have ever met! Yet another one of the Ride team who lets his actions speak louder than words, just super solid core snowboarding without all the riff raff. Aki is equally comfortable throwing down at the Nissan X-trail Big Air at the Tokyo Dome or riding the avalanche prone backcountry of Whistler.
