Combined with the supportive Impacto insole and the all-new Blown Light Apex outsole for a barefoot light feel.
IN2GRATED™ CONSTRUCTION
In2grated™ Construction creates the lightest weight, shortest-length performance boots on the market, hands down. The removable liner is factory molded inside the shell to create the most efficient “net fit,” leading to less pack out for better overall comfort.
INTUITION™ Dream Liner
Multi-density foam surrounded in a supportive skeletal structure for maximum rebound and dreamy performance.
INTUITION™ Mobile Foam
Layers of dual-density foam creates performance with freedom of movement.
Boa Focus
Speed lace system with reels that allow for a precise fit in two zones.
The Closer Lace Guide
The Closer lace guide is centered over the forefoot to drive lace power down low and even the lace tension throughout the entire boot. Accompanied by Boa Lacing systems, the even tightening of The Closer takes speed lacing to the next level and provides an incredibly comfortable fit.
NEW! Blown Light Apex
Lightweight phylon material combined with rubber pods for maximum durability and ice traction. Complete with a cush gel pod in the heel and a supportive arch cradle.

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
This is my first experience on Ride gear since the Preston horseshoe bindings and my first experience with Boa lacing as well. I wanted a stiff boot and this is what was recommended, so with much trepidation after using traditional lacing for 20 years, I stepped in.
Dang, these are awesome. I broke them in by wearing them a few weeks at home when running errands in the house and teaching a friend on the bunny slope with the closure pretty loose.
They're comfy, responsive, warm (not hot), stiff, but not ski-boot stiff and the dual Boa Focus can't be beat. Super well designed too.
Only gripe is that there's velcro on the liner to keep the tongue in place. If your sock slips down walking to the parking lot, that's gonna rub. It's probably a sock issue though... buy good socks.

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
Innards of one boots lower section boa were toasted after three days riding. Lace was jammed in the boot, boa wouldn't release and could barely get my foot out. Got them replace (awesome store)... same problem. I think there's some serious problems with the focus boa system on these boots. Otherwise I'd give them a 5-star rating.

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
really liked this boot from 2010-2011 solid/stiff boot for how light they are except hated the blown lite sole, too soft for sledding and not enough heel padding/protection. pls fix this. maybe they got it right in 2013

I wear a 11 skate shoe in most brands... went to a 10 in this and it barely packed 1/4 size making it a perfect fit.

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
I teach snowboading quite a bit as well as ride wherever. Insanos are suprisingly well suited to anything on the hill. stiff at first but break in quite quickly and never seem to get past the moderate flex which is great. The liner lends all the comfort and support in the world.

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
So I had last years model insanos. They were just as light and the comfort to me is pretty much the same. I had a size 10 insano last year and got the 9.5 this year. I have ridden it 3 times. Its a comfortable and warm boot until I start to go heelside too much. The J bars really hurt my ankles and after awhile it will bruise. This happened to the last model too. I tried to have it thermoformed but it didn't make a differece. Anybody else have this. Otherewise the boot looks sick and its comfortable for most of the day and when i go toeside.

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
as soon as i tried this boot on I knew it was for me. the fit was unbelievable. so comfortable and supportive. the focus boa is great and doesn't give a pressure point where most boas do. my only complaint which isn't much of a complaint, these boots are super stiff. Ive only rode them once so far which is why I'm not freaking out about them. they should break in to a nice semi stiff boot. I don't discriminate on the mountain,I ride everything from glades to moguls to the park and this boots fit the bill well. I wouldn't suggest this boot for someone that rides in the park solely, but if your looking for a boot to do everything with a focus on the mountain then stick with these. good work ride. my setup is now 100% ride! dh2.3, ex, and Insanos

Comments about Ride Snowboards Insano Focus Boa:
I tried on the Insano boots today, we didnt have 13's (my size) so i tried on the 12's that we did have...i almost didnt notice that it was a size too small, they were more comfortable than my correct sized 06 Hails that i have broken in over 3 full seasons...im so excited for mine to get in
Dream liner is sick, double boa to tighten top and bottom separately, stylish in all black...just...INSANE
