Very nice upgrade for 2013. The Pop-Walls are very dynamic, and they do their job well, both in pop and charging hard down. The board is very snappy and the flex is just right, for me.

Acceleration and Pop i think are the best words to describe this board. Vey good all-rounder for this season.

Great board Ive been riding for 3 seasons stiff enough to hold a confident edge and soft enough to press and butter around. Handles steeps as well as flats. Im always noticing Im slowly passing my buddies on the flats.
At the right speed this thing is so full of pop its surprising. Also Ive landed more drops into pow on this thing than any other board Ive ever rode.
This board is a great choice for a do all have a ton of fun type of stick

The new Hybrid twin is the best camber profile I have ridden so far for a REAL everything board. I feel like I can still ride it short (getting the 149cm this year) and it's super responsive. I like camber for locking on rails and for pop. But those catchy hook zones make the DH a pain for me. The CH2 however is now, literally, the best of both worlds. I demo'd it last year and loved the new hybrid camber. It rides as catch free as my Machete, but carves much better, has WAY more pop and is the most responsive deck I have ever ridden. The LowRise does preform better in deep powder, but the DH2 with Hybrid twin is still much better in powder, and all conditions really, than the traditional camber of the DH or other designs.

Camber purists cannot protest this awesome advance for a truly versatile park oriented board (that can shred everything else as well).

Those of you that have read my reviews and have seen my comments when people have asked about the 2010 DH2 that I was not a fan of that deck at all. I am happy to report that Ride has made some significant changes to the 2011 model that will make it a board I will ride next season.

The biggest change is the rocker design has changed from LowRize to Ride's new ProRize shape. ProRize is not as dramatic as LowRize, the board is completely flat and then the last part of the nose/tail is rockered up to get the contact points off of the ground.

The new ProRize carved amazingly well at Snowbasin. I took it on soft & Icy groomers and it carved exactly how I wanted it too, was stable when I pointed it down the steep stuff and held a great edge. We even found some sun baked pow and chop off of the John Paul lift and it plowed through the crud and the prorize rocker was just enough to help keep the nose up in the sun baked stuff.

The other change is the DH2 now has PopRod 2.0. Next year Ride will have PopRod 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0. The change with PopRods is there is now a layer of urethane sandwiched inbetween flat carbon fiber pieces. So now what you get is that crazy pop, but it's smoother and damper. I've been a fan of pop sticks, but the PopRods in the Society were a bit too much in my oppinion. The pop was great, but I could feel them in the nose and tail in certain situations that I didn't want too.

The new 2.0 PopRods in the DH2 are great. They are snappy, but not over the top, I didn't feel them when I was landing too far back on my tail like I had with the 2010 Society.

Everything else tech wise has stayed the same, but those two changes make this board a must have for the rider that loves to treat the entire mountain as a terrain park, is interested in rocker, but wants something that is stable, playful and still has some of the benefits you get from rocker.

10/10, Must have deck for 2011.

I've only ridden this board a couple times but it has to be my number one favorite board. It' stable at high speeds, and has great grip. Compared to the burton fix this board does not slide out under you. The best part about this board is the pop, it is amazing. This board is also great for beginners because the edges don't catch that easily. Overall it's a great board for any style of riding.

This board has taken me to the next level in my snowboarding. The pop rods have made me be able to jump higher and farther than I ever have before. The Low Rise Rocker has made carving, riding on rails and spinning on them easier than ever. I would recommend this board to anyone who loves the park and freeriding.

As soon as I took my first run on this board in canada I could tell that this board was made on a whole new level and now I'm just about to finish up two straight weeks of riding this board in colorado. I was skeptical about how much of a differance the low rise would actually make, and let me tell you it makes a world of a differance. The carving on this board is awesome!! I watch downhill boarders carve just as well as I can. I was looking for an all mountain board that is great in both the park and the slopes and I really couldnt ask for a better board. Great job Ride, you got a real winner with this one.

I finally got around to buying a rc board this season, and after sifting through the mountain of reverse camber boards on the market I settled on this one. The LowRize rocker seemed like the most practical, with other reverse cambers ranging from uncomfotable to impractical. I have thus far put about 40 days on it, and I have to say it covers the gambit. its fun in the park, fast and stable on groomers, holds a great edge in all turning situations, but for me it really shines in the powder. I have gone so slow at times that I should have sunk to the dark depths of pre season powder in trees, and the thing just wants to float. It floats like a cloud atop a majestic mountain, with minimal weight on the back leg the nose just pops out the powder. It holds up extremely well to the wear and tear of pre-season conditions, the durable edges combined with the slimewalls makes it a bulldozer when it comes to bumping into trees, running over rocks, or banging it on rails. I have finally found a board that I like, no more switching from a powder board to a park board for me... This thing covers it all.

had the first lib banana which died in one season,purchased the new one and hated the double camber,so whent back to ride and put a smile back on my face,at first glance you dont think the rocker will be enough,but how wrong i was,centre stance with no back lean in the deepest of powder,dropping huge drops into powder the nose imeditaly rises and your of at full tilt again.would recomend to anybody,feels just at home in the park as it does anywhere on the mountain.
