how do i get the snowbaord in this thing

    i bought this bag for my bf for xmas and we cant figure out how his board is suppose to fit inside! the bag doesnt zip open, and he cant slide his board in... of any one has an advice please let me know, otherwize we are taking it back.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Merchant response: The battery bag can be loaded from the top or by unzipping the back zipper and loading the board using the middle opening tip then tail. Some customers have found that using the middle access is faster when using larger bindings.
