Aquapel by Nano-Tex

Aquapel by Nano-Tex

Aquapel by Nano-Tex is the next generation in fabric protection. Aquapel™ is an invisible water-repellent finish that permanently attaches to the fibers in the fabric (actually becomes a part of the fabric), as opposed to simply coating the surface. Water will bead up and roll off. Each Aquapel™ fabric has its own unique recipe, especially formulated for the construction and weave of that specific fabric. No cookie cutter approach here!

Nice fit, bad fabric choice

    Comments about Cappel Wasted Pant:

Nice stylish pants but completely useless on powder days as the snow sticks to the fabric. Get ready to look like you have the cheapest most not waterproof pair of pants on when you get to the bottom and enjoy trying to brush the snow off, not happening. This is my 3rd pair of Cappel pants and am really unsatisfied for the first time and cant believe this fabric does not repel snow whatsoever, so buy these pants if you plan on riding icy groomers and look good, but dont even consider those for deep days and touring or sledding.

          Comments about Cappel Wasted Pant:

The quality is great and I LOVE the texture of the "wool" fabric. The Teal is a really pretty color, I've gotten a lot of compliments since I got them. The Rasin was sort of a brownish purple and on the dull side, so I returned those.

Besides looking good, these pants also fit really well--not too baggy and fitted in the right places. On the inside there are tabs to adjust the waist and they work really well (better than the ones I've encountered on Burton pants).

Another big pocket or two would be nice, but the pockets it has are adequate. The back pockets are too small for me to hold anything. For pockets, Burton's Lucky pants are perfect with the extra cargo pockets on the legs.
